- Fiber One bars - Bought 2 boxes - Sale for $2.49 AND $1.00 e-coupon from Shortcuts AND 2/.60 off 1 box from coupons.com (print from my right side bar) AND .50 off each from Mega Deal. NET PRICE = .49 each box
- Kelloggs Rice Krispies cereal - Bought 2 boxes - Sale for $2.49 AND 2/.70 off 1 box (not sure which Insert, it's a "Kellogg's" coupons, not for any specific cereal) AND .50 off each from Mega Deal. NET PRICE = .99 each box
- Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks - Boguht 3 boxes - Sale for $1.99 AND 3/.50 off 1 box (2/1 SS Insert) AND .50 off each from Mega Deal. NET PRICE = .49 each box (GREAT DEAL!) (also coupons from my coupons.com side bar!!)
- Sargento Cheese - Bought 2 packages - Sale for $1.99 AND .40 off 2 coupon (1/25 SS Insert) AND .50 off each from Mega Deal. NET PRICE = $1.09
- Purex Detergent - Bought 1 bottle - Sale for $2.99 AND .35 off coupon (3/8 SS Insert) AND .50 off from Mega Deal. NET PRICE = $1.79 (GREAT DEAL!)
NON-Mega items:
- Unadvertised sale: Honeysuckle fresh ground turkey breast 93/7 - Sale price $2.50 each (regular $2.99 each). I use a lot of this for chili, meatloaf, etc. Freezes really well!
- Frank's Red Hot sauce (I'm in love with this stuff!) - FREE coupon insert (it ran in the Sunday ads within the last three weeks, but I can't remember which week, sorry!)
- 5 lb bag of large organic carrots - $2.99 (great price if you're willing to peel your own carrots!)
- Kroger whole grain, high-fiber bread - $2.00/loaf
- Quaker Rice Cakes (part of Mega event, but I only bought one) - $1.00 (there's a coupon from the 1/18 RP insert which would make these free, but I already used mine during the last sale).
All-in-all, I bought 18 items (all listed above)...
Total spent OOP = $20.30
Total saved = $35.70
That's a savings of 64%!!
